Chard black patty, I complained but they did not resolve the issue. I'm still hungry and it's dinner time didn't do a delivery or refund. Door dash hasn't helped even though it's not their fault it's the store fault. You cooked it must like charcoal, I'm not impressed. Won't buy it again
Pleasantly surprised, ate in on Thursday evening, the drive through had at least 20 cars, so expecting to wait at the counter at least 15 minute based on past experiences in other HJ’s, however my burgers came out in around 3 minutes & the cars appeared to be going through very quickly also! In addition, despite what appeared to be a busy night, all the tables were clean, floor was clean & bins emptied, full credit to the manager or supervisor onsite, best Hungry Jacks I’ve been to. Burgers were fresh also and not the typical microwave or whatever they do in other restaurants.
Compared with before, the decoration now really makes people want to stay and eat inside, and the overall feeling is clean and comfortable.nThe meals are better than before, especially for internal use. Except for the very salty French fries, the other foods are hot and delicious!nThe coffee series used to taste very light and the chocolate was very diluted, but now it tastes much better.nBoth my boyfriend and I think Hungry Jack's in Mildura is better than McDonald's, and we really feel that they have improved the food with their heart.

We all know that you're going to Hungry Jacks for a quick meal and not expect quality food although the food should resemble what is advertised.nnExtremely disappointed with the quality of food received today. The new Grill Masters BBQ Smokehouse Angus Burger was nothing like what’s advertised. It was tiny, barely bigger than a cheeseburger, and thrown together with no care at all. The sloppy presentation and lack of resemblance to the advertised product is unacceptable. If you’re going to charge extra for a “premium” burger, at least deliver something that matches the promotion.
