This place really needs a clean up, bins overflowing, seating at the tables looked old and weathered, the whole place feels dirty. Didn't look at the play area but the kids didn't seem impressed.nThis places needs some TLC urgently
Dirty place. Kids spitting on walls. Bathrooms dirty. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and received 8. I really never complain about much, but like damn. We all know how to count to 10… right?
Disappointment of a Macca’s. Place was really dirty and there was trash strewn literally everywhere. Food is decent, but my Quarter Pounder somehow became a normal cheeseburger at checkout. Service is okay, slightly curt, but it’s really the atmosphere that throws this off. Just an extremely dirty Macca’s.
*This review is about the coffee, failure to make orders correctly and potentially dangerous mistakes.*nI love Maccas coffee, I always got a Caramel Latte until a few months ago when I started a medication that I’m not allowed to have Caffeine with. I’ve given them 3 chances in recent weeks to make me a decaf coffee, however all three times have definitely not been decaf, once didn’t even have the caramel syrup. To me this is similar to an allergy request because right now my heart is racing an hour and a half after finishing my coffee. I’m lucky to be able to have very small amounts of caffeine without consequence, but I don’t feel great right now and other people could be made very sick from mistakes like this. Don’t get me wrong the coffee tastes great, but I’m really disappointed to know I can’t trust maccas to give me my favourite coffee anymore because they can’t make it decaf even when I ask multiple times to be certain.
Service was great. Helpful staff. The facility itself was a bit of a situation, no outdoor seating and the front counter was a bit howsitgoin. Burgers good, nuggets good, fries were alright.
