We stopped here on our way back from Great Ocean Road. This place is a lot less crowded compared to the fast food chain across the road.

Food wise, just another KFC, But the wicked wings are smaller, it's the chicken not KFC problem.  And 2023-03-11 2PM, We encounter shift of extremely happy staff, upbeat, cheerful; after long way driving and want to sit down and enjoy a quick bite.  Their lovely smiles are one huge big plus.  Thank you

The access to the shop is a great nuisance, you can't turn across the main street to access the drive way to the shop. The car park area is quite small, and narrow ,as visitors to the town we weren't overly impressed . Still we enjoyed the food .

We went on a busy day, staff professional. Place was fairly clean. Quick to service. But missed the sauce packets!

Ordered drive thru. Chicken was cooked well. Not too oily and watery. But shame it  was sooo very salty and Fries as well. We ended up throw them to the bin. Staff was helpful and friendly .Food: 1/5

In and out of the store within 5 minutes, your time and experience will vary depending on the amount of customers at the store  Whenever Maccas is too busy this is my alternative,  I'm not a big fan of waiting long periods for a "fast food meal" however I do tend to get KFC more often than not because I like chicken  Kid-friendliness: Meals available for kids, high chairs available  Parking: At times the store gets busy and parking is unavailable.

I gave the 5 star reviews not for the food and only for the girl is working on Colac branch. It was the first time in Australia, I saw someone sanitised her hand after taken the cash from me before serving or packing the food. Anybody knows how much dirt is on cash money. I loved her job and looking forward to see that kind of job at any restaurant or Cafe . Her name is Sarah

Great service, friendly staff. Order was exactly as expected, no missing items. Chips could have been a bit fresher but everything else was perfect.

Super super slow service. Not enough staff on to cater for the orders. Waited nearly 30 minutes. 1st world problem but still. Food was good quality though

Possibly the worst KFC I have ever had. Waited 30+ minutes for our food, and when it arrived it was cold and soggy. It seemed like they were understaffed so management really needs to get their act together.
