Clean shop and friendly staff but as for the food! Very poor quality doesn’t taste like it used to, chicken all mushy and part of the order was missing.

The food delivered from this place was inedible, chicken uncooked and beans virtually burnt how do you burn beans ? was delivered via just eat , went into store with photo evidence of the disgusting meal they sent out bit told to contact just eat for a refund , they were not even embarrassed that they sent out rubbish food .....never again !!

All the food was cold and possibly not even fit for human consumption. Avoid if you like warm food. I will never eat there again.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star it’s given my husband horrific food poisoning!!! DO NOT EAT HERE

Service when taking orders was fast as there was nobody ahead of me, but when the food was ready, nobody told us and by the time we got the food it had started to cool. The drink was also luke warm and not particularly nice to drink.

Ordered food never came delivery guy calling me on phone bad reception wots my address etc sounded like he was high on drugs kept saying he was at nandos then 20 mins later says he aint coming ubereats delivery driver because I had 2 address and he said I'm not getting paid to deliver so no food nothing ? Does he eat get it eat it got a email from ubereats saying food delivered how was the experience emailed them saying bad Rang kfc eltham so rude staff 1st hang up on me 2nd not better say phone uber honestly this world is coming unreal

New ticketing and queueing system must be a metaphor for cutbacks. Horrendously slow service. Almost poetry in motion. Dirty tables. Not the best. Oh and yes. How could I forget. A new feature. Chicken wing bones in the lampshade. Nice.

Not one of my favourite take aways really.. prefer southern fried chicken from M&S across the road even if I need to cook it 1st.. only 40 minutes for 5 times the satisfaction

Never been in this kfc before, it was clean and tidy. We sat in so the food should of been hot but it wasn't, the chips were truly awful, they were cold and hard inside, my corn on the cob was completely tasteless and so watery it was dripping , baked beans were ok as were the fillet burgers but in all it was a really disappointing experience!

It's a convient and great KFC, only real issue I have is sometimes the receipt never prints out of the machine due to faults or no paper. Which means remembering your order number and having no proof of your order. Other than this you have demanding Uber eats delivery drivers that are rude at times and stress out staff. But other than that it's a really great establishment to pop in to on the way home when you're craving KFC
