KFC inSydenham isn't a bad KFC at all, but it is rather inconsistent when it comes to giving you what you ask for.. the biggest issue with this particular KFC is no different to a lot of fast food places, the staff are mostly very young and just don't pay attention, a lot of the time you will not be given napkins or extra Chicken Salt or if you ask to eat in, they will not give you a tray and if you do get a tray, it might not be clean... I suggest eating in if possible otherwise you will have no control over your experience.

I should not give it one review. This is the worst ever. I have been the only customer, yet no one came to the counter to take offer for 10 minutes. Someone saw me, but acted as if I am invisible. There are so many workers, but they totally ignore you. I had to wait 10 minutes for the stuff who is supposed to take order until she finishes her cigarettes. I would have fired all of them.

I ordered a zinger crunch burger with lettuce replacing the slaw and got given a plain burger with just a chicken fillet… how does this happen, you have 1 job

Husband orders 2 large burger meals in the drive through. He comes home and realises they forgot to put the burgers in the bag, there was just the chips and 2 drinks. He drives back, they give him the burgers and didn’t offer to recook the chips that are now cold due to him having to drive back. He asked for it and they did it. He comes home. We open the burgers and they’re not even close to what we ordered. And they looked appalling. Sauce all over the wrapper, broken corn chips and overall extremely sloppy. We didn’t even order a burger with corn chips??? The new chips were over cooked, no salt and half empty. Goes back AGAIN, this time for a refund because that was just one of the most ridiculous experiences. He noticed going inside for the refund there were 2 young employees talking to girls at the counter, a worker at the back singing whilst drive through were full of cars. Clearly not a structured team who are there to work and therefore resulting in wasting peoples time and money

Very dirty no tables have been cleaned behind the counter was full of rubbish and food everywhere Only 1 guy seemed to be doing his job why the rest are swearing and yelling or just standing there talking and been rude then they blast there racist music the chips half cooked chicken was cold I really hope they clean this place up I'm never coming back here again!!

I love the nuggies, what I don't like is the amount of salt. *ps not a big fan of salt.* but for the most part I'm happy. The staff who served me were nice and friendly which makes up for the salt    heheh oh I Highly Recommend the nuggies they are the bomb

They are very consistent which is good. Orders are 95% the time accurate.Food: 5/5

Tried the "go bucket" meal including the Pepsi Max, fries  and popcorn chicken at $5.95 for a lunch, not bad at all.

Worst kfc ever  Have been coming here for the same order almost everytime. Get overcharged and don’t get half my order and it’s been replace with something else. I’m not normally one to write a review but this is absolutely terrible. Worst customer service and had no idea. So disappointing

Great management at 11.30am 28th of December 2022 they messed up my order but they promised to fix it all up the following dayFood: 5/5
