Bought a 21 piece bucket. First piece of chicken we bite into, it has hair cooked into it. Not just an individual strand of hair on the outside but a clump of hair cooked into the batter. Definitely won't be going back.
Natalie took our order in the drive through and had a lovely attitude. Please give her a raise!
Some days you may get a good one but today definitely wasn't my day!!! And have tried to ring them 3 ffn times!! No answer!!
We only went through the drive through but with only 5 cars ahead of us we had to wait 35 minutes to get our food. We ordered 2 x 3 piece feeds, the chicken was nice and fresh, I can only assume they were cooking it as it was ordered hence the wait time, however the chips tasted like they were hours old and the gravy in the potato was like water with little flavour. The rolls were not very fresh either. There was no apology for the wait time, nor were we given any spoon/serviette pack for our potato n gravy either.nWe are only passing through Mount Isa but can honestly say I would not recommend this KFC.
They need to seriously hire more staff. There was an hour delay at the drive through. Had placed an order through the app for collection inside the store. Sign stated drive through only due to staff shortages.nLines until the end of the road leading up to the KFC. I saw a lot of frustrated people just leave the line. The staff there were flat out and very apologetic. I don’t really do a review but felt sorry for the staff and want to request management to employ additional staff. An hour wait at a drive through is unacceptable.
