It was my birthday today and I was really looking forward towards extra pickles on my burger. Both the receipt and on the label for the burger however there was none. Other than that the food was alright however my partner had ordered right after me and had ordered the same thing. However his order was skipped and we had to go up to the counter and ask about this. We ended getting the food.
Drive through line was out to the road. Went inside service people were friendly and nicenFood was fresh and coffee was delicious. Thanks guys appreciate your hard work
I recently visited this McDonald's location, and I must say it was a deeply disappointing experience. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a strong, unpleasant odour that permeated the entire store. The cleanliness was subpar, with tables left dirty and floors looking like they hadn't been cleaned in days.The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, making the already long wait feel even more frustrating. Orders were mixed up, and when brought to their attention, the employees were dismissive and unapologetic.Overall, this was hands down the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I would strongly advise against visiting this location unless you enjoy a dirty environment, unpleasant odours, and poor service.
This morning I had an unpleasant experience with McDonald’s Mount Isa. I had ordered 2x L double cheeseburger meals and 3x hash browns. As I was paying for my order only 2x hash browns appeared on screen, I didn’t bother correcting it because 2 would have been fine anyway. What I didn’t see was that the lady, who took my order, added the extra hash brown to one of my meals instead. Once I received my food, after waiting in the waiting bay for about 4 minutes, I noticed I only received one fries with the 2x L cheeseburger meals know check each meal from Maccas because they often forget something!. I went back through the drive thru I had kids in the car so I couldn’t go into the restaurant. I told them what had happened, even the lady who took my order knew there was a stuff up. But even though it was their fault, they still made me pay an extra $5.10 for the large fries that I didn’t receive. I argued with another lady, who I presume was the manager, she handled the situation poorly and didn’t compensate me for the stuff up. While this was going on the staff were all blaming each other in front of me. Lack of professionalism and understanding for their stuff up! Maccas Mount Isa is a joke. Very disappointed with how this was handled all over fries which they were so stingy to give me due to their initial stuff up.
The worst experience of my life! I went there yesterday, had a promotion on the app, but when I tried to pay through the application, it didn't work. So, I went to the counter, showed them that I couldn't pay online, and asked them to honor the promotion I was entitled to. The person refused to apply the promotion, and when I asked to speak to a manager, they also refused. I told them it was unacceptable that, due to their app not working, I couldn't get my reward, and I wasn't leaving without what I deserved. You know what they did? They called the police to kick me out, even though I was not impolite at any point. I simply asked them to give me my promotion and explained that if the app payment wasn't working, it wasn't my fault. I've just never seen anything like this in my entire life.
