Rudest manager on tonight, getting about the place so full of herself and full of authority. That rude I cancelled our entire order and happily gave my business to McDonald next door.....Disappointing !!!

Ordered 2 simple meals and they got them both wrong, one ordered a spicy box and got an ultimate box, and I ordered a ZINGER fillet box and got a normal fillet box, went back and asked to get zinger fillets and they said “yeah sure” and proceeded to return the box with normal fillets. I’ve been waiting all week for KFC and I ended up getting nuggets from Maccas next door instead. Not happy.

Quick service but at the sacrifice of quality. Asked the girl for extra salt on the chips then re-asked as I paid to make sure. ZI don’t like oily salt-less chips. Regardless of this I still got oily salt-less chips.

Poorly stocked as many choices not available. Chips cold. Burger missing salad and bacon - dismissive when enquired. Lots of staff but just 1serving the queue.

If the rest of the meal isnt ready, dont serve the chips and sit them on the bench!
