Got there at 7pm on Sunday 25 February. Ordered summer 10piece bucket, they had run out of fries and large coleslaw, i found 3 small ones in my bag when i got home, which is part of the bucket meal. Offered me another large potato and gravy. I didn't want two large potato and gravy, once again when I got home there they were. I couldnt get a couple of extra pieces of chicken to replace the chips. Their policy is no to that. It was not my fault that this store had run out of product. And truthfully this is not the first time this has happened, often they get the order wrong. The service is often hit and miss in the store. Very disappointing.

One of the quickest KFC's that I have been too. The staff member took my order and got my meal ready quickly. Was doing take away but the store looked clean.

I enjoyed the chicken but it was far too oily. Our bucket had about 6 - 7mm of oil right across the bottom before we had eaten half the chicken. The excessive oil set off my gallstones and I ended up in hospital. I also don't agree with the $1 charge for changing an item in your order.

Wanted to 4 man in DBD during a double bloodpoint weekend but couldn't. Only 1 person to blame for this tragedy!!!
