Probably the worst KFC experience. Staff were rude and inattentive, blasting really loud music and having a party in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the dining room was filthy, leftover food and mess everywhere. It was like a war zone. Bathroom was flooded, water everywhere. The food was not great either. Bad experience all round.
I’m writing as I had just experienced the world class customer service delivered by Jasmine. I had made an order through the app but I do have a specific requirement, and as I walked into the store, I was greeted by Jasmine with a big smile and I had then told her my request and she had accomodate my request with a big smile, and she packed my bag nicely, you could just tell she love her job. Many thanks Jasmine for going above and beyond and delivering an exceptional customer experience. I hope customer service will get recognised by her management. Thanks a lot and keep up the great work as you never know, you had made someone day
KFC Reservoir is incredible! I visited on Thursday, Friday, and Monday, and the food was out of this world every time. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, and the sides were spot on. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Definitely coming back again soon! Highly recommend!
