Very illiterate staff... Dont know what a tomato ketchup is... They really need to improve on their customer service skills...

Online ordering useless in this store, made online order but walk in customer could get the order faster. Was waiting for 30mins until finally talked to cashier seems she has missed out my order. Very disappointed.

Hands down, EVERYTIME I go there they forget something!  This last time I was asked to wait 5 mins for an item that I discovered upon getting home, wasn't even in the bag. 
The food is nice, but it would be nicer to get ALL of what I order and pay for.
