Worst KFC experience of my life. We ordered a “big” dinner, but it was laughably tiny. The package was supposed to include 6 nuggets — which I PAID for — but they weren’t there. When I went to ask for them, the staff looked at me like I was trying to scam my way into becoming a millionaire off 6 nuggets.nnThen came the “chicken.” Out of 8 original pieces, 4 were so small they were literally smaller than a wicked wing. I had to go back to the counter again, and instead of understanding the situation, they dragged the manager over. The manager clearly has no manners or idea what customer service means and tried to convince me this is their “normal” chicken size , as if I’ve never eaten chicken in my life.nnI’ve been coming to this KFC almost every day for months, but this is the last time. The staff’s attitude was disgusting, the portions were a joke, and the way I was treated was pure discrimination. I don’t care what your “standard size” is — when I pay for 8 pieces, they should be decent-sized and not fit for a doll’s plate. Absolute disgrace
Very disappointed with my recent order. The chips were raw and not cooked properly, which made the whole meal unenjoyable. On top of that, the workers seemed more focused on talking to each other than actually serving customers. Management really needs to train the staff better so food is prepared correctly and customer service improves.
One of the best KFC locations I have ever been to. Customer service staff were really patient, well mannered and quick with their service. The food itself was hot, crispy, and was really fresh. The chips were not soggy or undercooked. Restaurant was well maintained and nice to sit in. All in all wonderful experience. Thanking all staff.
Probably the worst KFC experience. Staff were rude and inattentive, blasting really loud music and having a party in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the dining room was filthy, leftover food and mess everywhere. It was like a war zone. Bathroom was flooded, water everywhere. The food was not great either. Bad experience all round.
If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had been transported into another dimension where food is not just food—it’s a divine experience crafted by the culinary gods themselves. The service? Lightning-fast, friendlier than your grandma, and somehow they knew exactly what I wanted before I even opened my mouth. The atmosphere?
