Amazing Thai food in reservoir area at least. A little on the pricey side but the food is delicious, and packed with flavour. The curries are to die for, the beef in pad Thai is like tiny little steaks. Nothing rubbery, steamed and stringy. All food tastes like it was cooked in sauce. You can smell your food before it comes to the table

Excellent experience everytime we rock up to Kacha! We've been to a lot of different Thai restaurants in Australia & Thailand and Kacha is the best. Despite the poor interface decor, all their dishes are delicious and clean. Although we have moved to a different suburb further away from Kacha in Reservoir - Kacha still remains the best and the extra travel is worth it! Staff are very polite and friendly too!

Went several times and the waitress was very cold ,though the food was ok but my partner and I won’t come back for a rude service.wondering why the waitress who worked on 3/2/18 still there,the owner should get better ideas about running the business.

Visited this restaurant on Saturday evening , to my surprise given the decor that they were not busy , well I discovered why I am unlikely to go back , others can fell of their experience , but mine was of a unhappy greeting by the Waitress , followed by the ordering of 2 dishes to share , one would have thought Thai chef could at least prepare soft edible noodles in a Pad Thai , but no they were chewy , I had this fleeting thought that my teeth need sharpening but my partner found the same , was a shame as the flavour was nice , discussed with the waitress but got " that's the way we like it". Well I have had hundreds of Pad Thai dishes and never experienced this , this was followed by a fried fish dish , again nice flavour , but the batter was also chewy and the fish was watery , must have been low cost Basa . When I paid for the bill I got no apology and a little bit of attitude of we do nothing wrong . Suggest the owner should get more involved and experience there own restaurant . But the proof was there , the place empty at 8pm ! Drove past several other Thai Restaurants on the way home and all were still busy . Owner Take Note .
