Went into KFC yesterday with my son. Waited an hour before I got my food. The little Phillipine girl was rude rolling her eyes and giving everyone attitude while another employee was serving people he personally knew before anyone else. Seen a customer leave without his food or refund because he was fed up, and an old man got his food cold. Worst service ever.nnMay I add the store was filthy and no manager was on.
Today 8 June 24, I ordered on the app, my order was 017 scheduled for collection at 1830. When l walked into the shop, l was told that my order is being prepared. 10 minutes later, l asked what was going on as l had not received it yet, was told the chicken is being prepared. 20minutes later, l was called to the counter to collect an order that was brought back by another customer as a wrong order , the order was sitting outside the warmer for more than enough. If l had not rejected that order, l was going to take a very cold chicken home.nWhen l got home, the finger licking good chicken had no salt in it, what a messy. I felt like l wasted my

The food tasted great, and I got it within 2 minutes of ordering, the staff were really friendly as well and were very patient.
