The worst KFC ever! Ordered a takeaway Zinger meal, only to find the burger missing! The Zinger crunch salad was missing the nacho chips and the chicken nuggets didn’t even taste like chicken. Fries were soggy- I had to drive back to get the zinger burger, and even then the burger bread was stale. The owner of this franchise does not care for quality, just pushing out as much sub standard food as they can. I’ve banned this establishment for life! Never again.
Fast food places are not my favourite however circumstances called for a dime in experience.nThe twister and chips I ate were fresh off the fryer and this was the first pleasant surprise. The place was clean and the counter staff helpful and efficient.nNot much atmosphere inside on a Friday at 1pm - all the excitement was outside in the drive thru where cars were queued back to the service road.nA good experience
This kfc outlet is worst outlet ever. Firstly takes so longer to cook, once you receive the order it will not be fresh. Food is cold and dry. Chicken was very hard and burger bun was super hard to eat . Staff don’t care about your waiting time. Extremely disappointed and store should be reported for food safety and hygiene as they don’t serve fresh food .
For a KFC store they have friendly staff clean and spacious shop and fresh food. Good location and car park.
$1 burnt wicked wings, only in KFC Highett.nIt’s not the first time this KFC in Highett let us down, make sure you check your food before you leave especially when you drive thru, they usually don’t give you what you ordered. For eg, ordered 10 wicked wings and they only gave you 6, and we had to drive all the way back to get the other 4 despite the queue at the drive thru.nnWell this burnt wicked wings isn’t a surprise, we noticed the whole tray of wicked wings are as burnt as this, so how do we ask for an exchange? the queue was pretty long and I’m sure I’m not the only customer who’s disappointed with this. Does the owner of this franchise even bother to maintain its standard?
