Very unpleasant customer service. Owner/Manager was very rude - no smile or manners. Felt very rushed and as if he wanted to just get the order out of the way. The whole atmosphere was like a mad house and it felt very unpleasant. The food was decent although Greek salad didn't have enough feta and dressing. Due to the horrible customer service we experienced today, we will not be attending here again. We hope nobody else has this same encounter however with what we could see, every customer had our experience. Such a shame guys!!!

Always love coming here, service is fantastic, fish and chips are not oily and I love having the rice and salad option, it's actually appealing here too, salads are interesting and always come with nice dressings and rice is tasty

Received outstanding customer service from the Team Bri and Laurie. He went above and beyond to ensure that we could still order close to their closing time. I would definitely recommend this outlet over some of their other franchises around Melbourne. He was warm and friendly

Late bite after a magical day at Half Moon Bay, best decision ever the food was to die for.The Royale burger was 11/10, grilled fish was amazing, chips were off the scales.My best fish and chips ever, credit to the chef's, phone staff were bit ditsy 🌼🌻🌴🌹🌺
