Ate at KFC. One of my favourite fast food restaurants. Service was excellent. Server was attentive, friendly and communicative towards customer. Ordered the 21 Original Pieces and 10 wings, with Potato & Gravy. It was quite expensive, but enough for a lot of people. The potato & gravy was delicious; the only potato & gravy that I actually enjoy. The potatoes were soft, scrumptious. A bit creamy. Wasn't overcooked. The gravy had that KFC chicken flavour, which just goes well with the potatoes. It wasn't over the top. But I enjoy the gravy, compared to other fast food restaurants. The wings weren't really dry. Definitely crispy. Nice light golden colour, on the outside. The original pieces are not bad. Definitely very juicy and tender inside. The skin is nearly crispy. More towards a golden brown colour. Overall, still to this day, it's one of my favourite fast food places to eat. And this KFC store is just one of the stores, that still gets me to love KFC more.
Majority of time staff make weird shouting sounds durning evening, like they fight, toilet in every single visit so far it's so dirty like you struggle to be inside, tables mostly not clean properly. This KFC is close to my house we use this place like 3 ro 4 times a week.
On 2nd April 2025 I was served by Liam the store manager at KFC Clayton. I ordered 1 regular packed lunch with double tender burger, dinner roll, gravy and Mountain Dew. He ensured my order was fresh. I was happy about the excellent customer service he provided too. Highly recommended. Thank you.
They will know what they sell. Poor quality !nnI ordered 26pieces of chickennTextures was as hard as bricks, and some pieces were missing their coating. I don’t usually leave reviews because I tend to be easygoing , but this isn’t first time it happened, so I felt that I have to say something.
Visited at 8:48pm Wednesday 04/03/25nnWhile I did have a wait for my food the female running the front side of the store between 8:45 - 9:30pm did an amazing job. First time in a while in hospitality the person was genuinely sorry for the delays and tried to keep everyone informed.nnThanks for the great service
