A busy restaurant. I was expecting my order to take a long time, but the staff were very efficient. Restaurant was very clean.
I purchased a takeaway Zinger Box at Clayton KFC today. Upon opening it at home, I noticed a moldy odor coming from the bread. It's disappointing that within just 15 minutes, the smell from the bread became quite strong.
Ordered wicked wings and bacon meal box; one of the wing has raw chicken… but chicken in burger meal, was extremely tough to chew… can’t believe it’s food from kfc , hopefully I’m not getting sick after this lunch
We come here weekly. Even though they have gotten better in terms of giving us our correct order, they still lack. For example when we went to the drive through today, they told us it would be a 10 minute wait.. for bacon. Bacon takes 2 mins to cook, I mean seriously man. This is the second week with the bacon problem. Other weeks there are problems such as the app not working, our order is wrong, 20 min wait. Please just be better.. the food is great. Be like the food.
I had a terrible experience picking up food at drive-through in the evening 5 Dec 2023 7pm ish. The lady who served me only gave me 1 drink while I ordered 2. When I showed her what I ordered on the phone. She was inpatient and rude, she literally threw the bag at me and asked me to move out of the way. Later I found out she forgot to put in the coleslaw. The customer service was horrible, I’ll never come to this place again.
