Definitely was not happy with my experience here. I asked for a full set of acrylic ombre nails and the man manager/owner I believe? said they could do that. Throughout the process, I got shipped between 3 separate nail technicians I had to move and transfer my belongings each time, they didn't come to me. The initial acrylic application was the worst I've ever experienced. He put the acrylic powder so far away from the top of the nail it looked like I already needed a re-fill, so I had to ask him TWICE to cover the entire nail. He seemed to stop caring at this point as the edges of almost all the nails were so messy, and there was so much dry acrylic powder underneath my nails as well by the end. I asked the two other nail technicians to fix the mess that had been created by the man, and every time I expressed dissatisfaction with my nails they just told me "we're not done yet." Their 'done' was terrible see photos and there are STILL sections of the nail without any acrylic powder, and the underneath are still caked with dry powder despite my asking the other technicians to file it away. Finally, I also asked for a coffin shape, and definitely did not receive this, the nails were uneven and way too rounded. I left and immediately went to the closest chemist to buy a nail file to shape them myself. I can't wait to get them removed in a week!!!!

My nails were beautifully done! SNS + a gel finish and a lick of oil around the cuticles. Efficient and skilled.

Sadly not the best set of nails or pedicure I have ever had. Having had my nails done in Asia for 23 years you get accustomed to the care and time given to your nails by the technicians. Unfortunately the Kew team did only what they needed to do with no care resulting in a a shabby job that barely lasted a week. Would I go there again? No as Launceston has some other nail salons with highly trained staff.

Great price!! however the nails were wonky. When I went to get them off he got an unused acrylic nail and scraped the acrylics off which really hurt.

Brilliant service and great acrylic nails!  And the price!   Only $45 for a full set!   I would definitely recommend this place!

If you want A quick manicure or a full set of  nrew nails this is a great place to  go. Pedicure and manicures are often done at the same time so you are in and out in half the time.

Terrible service , the worst set of sns nails I've had done . Some nails were so thick and my skin was adhered  to the nails and not filed straight .  Would not advise anyone to go here.

I moved from Bathurst NSW I've always had SNS and I highly recommend KEW NAILS pretty colours, friendly staff
