I got my nails done here yesterday and it was horrible they prepped my nails and filed them to the skin my nails were stinging and burning the whole time n one started to bleed a little bit. They made my nails super chunky and the polish is so patchy. My nails are still aching. Don’t go here

After posting the below review, I was reached out to again by the NEW OWNERS/MANAGAMENT TEAM and was asked for the opportunity to correct the error of previous management so I went in first thing this morning hoping for the best. And I most certainly was pleasantly surprised : pic attached is sns ombré I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and was seated immediately and work commenced on my feet straight away  The staff were very polite and I’m very happy with the final result! So! Because of this I’ll be amending my review to match the service received! Thank you!!  *Original review that got 1 star before change of ownership*  - I went in for a shellac pedicure and sns manicure on 5 June 2020, they didn’t have the colour I wanted in sns so opted for shellac manicure instead. On the 12 June 2020 I contacted the store’s fb page where I booked my appt to advise that my nails were already lifting and peeling etc I attached videos to them to show what I meant. They read my messages and haven’t replied. When I noticed they had read and not replied I queried as to why I had not received a reply and again was met with silence. Today I have advised that I will be posting this review and will also be making a trip to the store to get some answers as to why I’m being ignored and not being offered a solution to rectify this issue. This was my first visit and I will definitely not be returning nor will I ever refer visitors to you.  EDIT: RECEIVED AFTER THIS REVIEW POSTED pic attached  EDIT 21/10/20: Store is under new management and they’ve reached out to rectify above complaint. Happy to change review once I’ve had a chance to revisit :

Amazing service! I was there for almost 2 hours as it was extremely busy but they made sure my manicure and pedicure were perfect. If I wasn’t just passing through on my travels I would go there again! 5 stars because they deserve it. Thankyou so much!Services:&nbsp;Manicure

I just got my nails done last week by the new manager, and it was amazing. Great service, great workers and a happy customer.

I loved getting my nails done here, they were fast and efficient. The place was super clean, there was somebody walking around cleaning the whole time I was there. The man that did my nails was meticulous. I got exactly what I wanted.

I have visited this salon several times and always had quality pedicure and manicures. Really good foot massage with pedicures. Nice massage chairs. Right near Launceston city mall.

My experiences in the store are not always the best. I struggle to understand sometimes and when I get acrylic nails my fingers hurt after getting them done, this latest time however didn't hurt as much. When filing my nail my nail felt like it was burning and each time I flinched I was asked if I was okay and she changed the method of what way she was doing it Tara I believe. Although my visits aren't great, the end product on my nails are usually really really good and my nails are smooth and not bumpy like I find elsewhere. I guess it depends on the day you go, etc.  So experience I'd rate 3 stars and end product 4.5 stars.
