The standard of service and execution of treatments is second to none. I've enjoyed my lash n brow treatments as much as my hot stone massage because of the care and professionalism provided by Keturah front of house and therapists. Thank you.
I Had a 200$ voucher, which was sitting in my car glove box I had a terrible accident and my car had to be wrecked. Clearly i didn't get to recover the voucher inside the glovebox. I called to check if I could still use my voucher being the voucher on my name and not just a paper voucher and they told me I can no longer use it even if it's on my name. I find it a pathetic excuse. I ll definetely make sure to never go there again, and will advise the person who bought the voucher for me their usual client about what happened.
*Ultimate Keturah Pedicure* Inexperienced therapist at Nedlands When I notice he was about to start to file my toe nails before trimming them I asked him to trim first as I like it short, but he refused by saying that my toe nails were already short I hadn't nails trimmed for more than a month. After spending more than 1 hour filing them they were still long and I asked him to lend me his scissor as I would trim them my self then, so it was when he decided to trim. He didn't work on the cuticles and dead skin around the nails see attached pictures. He didn't apply a layer base coat. He used a face cotton trying to clean the excess of the polish nail around the toe nails. No calf massage. Would not recommend it.
Even for a small waxing appointment I was made to feel welcome. My therapist was such a lovely lady. You could tell she just wanted me to feel comfortable and that I was pleased with my treatment. It's such a lovely space too. You enjoy being there.
5 stars for service during treatment. My therapist Amanda was so thoughtful and kind, she remembered a question I had asked a week ago and had an answer. She had put thought into how I could get the best results from the treatment based on what I wanted and put effort and care into every moment, I felt so spoilt and looked after. Loved it and would highly recommend her. Amazing thank you!!
Everything about Keturah, from the robes to the decor to the staff, immediately made me feel relaxed. I had the Body Bliss package Salt Glow treatment, body wrap & massage plus the Signature Facial - both were amazing, and my therapist was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The products were super luxe, and made my dry skin feel nourished and healthy. The attention to detail is great, they actually pay attention to the information you provide on the form and tailor the treatment around that. I walked out feeling very zen and refreshed. Given the opportunity I would be back in the steam capsule in a heartbeat - an all-round excellent experience!
I have been to Keturah in Nedlands a few times and have always enjoyed the experience. However my last visit was spoilt by a half hearted attempt at a manicure. I was fitted in for a manicure at short notice which was great but I feel like I was short changed. The therapist was very inexperienced. She kept hitting my other fingers with the file, did not do any work on the skin around the nails and didn't know how to do a French polish. I suspect that she wasn't trained in manicures and I felt that it was all about a money grab. I won't go back there as their attitude seems to be rip the customer off when you can.
