Went for a remedial massage, when i booked i was told they had Health Provider Affiliation. However after the massage when i asked to use their HICAPS i am then told that they have "never been asked that question before", no idea what HICAPS is and no affiliation.
Absolute fraud!

One of the best place i can find close to city. Has been there for ages. Got good vibes, good service, most importantly good people there. Will definitely recommend to every friend.

Absolutely unprofessional!!! I asked if I could book a manicure and pedicure. They said it was fine. Got there and the manicure was done but she was to busy running around being the receptionist/therapist which was a fail. And as it came to do the pedicure she didn't have a station for it and requested if I could sit on the massaging chair which was hard for her to get the pedicure done so she stood in front of me and asked what I can do about it. Hmmmm as she the customer?!?? I would advise people to look for better options that place is a scam!!!!

The massages here are the best I've ever had and the packages are fantastic value. The staff are really friendly and welcoming - I would highly recommend this salon!

I emailed to ask for a pice for the anistress 30 min massage for a friend & got a reply that it was $55. The next day i went in to buy it & was told it was $40? I wasn't complaining but i wish the girl who emailed me Yasmin had've told me the correct price?
While i was there i asked if i could have a sample of their sunblock, as she was looking through the samples i asked if they had any physical sunscreen samples & the girls looked at me blankly, even though they work in the beauty industry & sold sunblock as a part of their range, they had no idea what i was talking about so i said, a mineral one coz chemical ones burn my face & she said yes this is a mineral one, which when i looked at it i saw that it was a chemical one? When i asked her she didn't seem to know there was a difference? Then the other girl let me test a a tiny bit on the back of my hand & it was VERY greasy & when i said wow thats so greasy her reply was you wouldn't put that much on, less is more with sunblock?? which is totally incorrect, its a minimum of 1/4 teaspoon over your face to get the SPF rating. If what she said was correct, then why wear any at all? 
Even though they are selling sunscreen, they didn't have any training or knowledge of the products they were selling & didn't seem to know even the most basic things?
