I got a brand new Mazda 3 and had electrical issues from the beginning and having to do lemon law. They tryed working on it a few times and never was able to fix or figure it out. Now they want to charge me for them to do more diagnostics to figure it out while the car is well still under warranty. Now they will not even look at it or work with me unless I pay them more money. I will never buy a car from them again. Horrible experience, I’ll take my business somewhere that cares about there customers.

Great experience buying a car from here, Tylor has been very helpful/responsive. I highly recommend this place, As everyone was saying.. Absolutely there is no pressure and also they don't upsell any services/products which you might not be interested.  More power to the great team here!!

I bought a 2022... CX-30 Turbo Plus from Tylor York, Charles Oglesby and the Kerry Mazda family. It was a pleasure to work with them. Tylor is very patient and has a calm demeanor. Charles is refreshingly honest and helpful. The payment was lower than what I was expecting when trying to figure out them out. That was a very nice surprise.  I recommend using them for your future car purchases, new or used! Florence is just a hop, skip and a jump away from Cincinnati.
