The best word that defines Darwin Auto Motors is “professionalism”. Let alone the best deals of awesome cars in reasonable price, I am overwhelmed with their customer service each time. Keep up the good work!

Shamir Hossain of Darwin Auto Motors has fraudulently kept half of my deposit on a vehicle. The contract he offered did not clearly state that a 10% cancellation fee would occur. It was purposefully ambiguously worded, and the numbers were incorrect. A very serious error on the contract, on his part, that was met with "this is just how it is, this is the policy we are enforcing" - instead of an apology and a reconciliation regarding HIS error. Included storage fees of $15 per day were disclosed to me AFTER the contract was signed. Darwin Auto Motors are greedy charlatans, and they will be hearing from me further. AVOID like the plague. Do NOT trust these people. Also, there is a reason they have disabled reviews for their Facebook page - they mustn't want truth on there.
