The actual removals guys are fine, however we have been chasing up lost property (my eldest daughter lost all of her clothes during the move) and broken equipment, as well as trying to get Kent to pick up all of the remaining boxes which are clogging up the garage.  Despite numerous emails, phone calls and answerphone messages to Kent Removals Canberra and the Head Office we are still waiting for someone to get back in touch with us. Wridgeways and Toll were far better at moving us than these guys.

Shocking customer service. Didn’t answer their phone or return voicemails after 7 calls over 24hours. Ended up not proceeding with them after such poor customer service.

They requested from me to fill in a form regarding my removals. Since then never called back and neither answered my calls. VERY strange.
