Grace Removals office staff were extremely helpful in arranging our move. They were very proactive and reactive in their communication with us and that made dealing with them as a company very easy. I would certainly recommend Grace Removals also as their prices are competitive. We will be sure to utilise their services in the future.

I just want to make it clear that I could not have been happier with the service and assistance that was provided by the removalists themselves, I just wish we were able to pay them directly so grace couldn't take their undeserved profit.
My first dealings with grace were pleasant enough, friendly, good customer service and willing to help. However this was short lived. 
After being advised that the removalists would be at the first property at 1 (if later or earlier I would receive a phone call to be updated). By 1:30 there was no communication from anyone at grace, after a call to find out what was happening we were advised it would be between 1-3. 
3:20 arrives and no sight or sound from grace, so we call them again, this time we are told they should be there within an hour as they were having issues with one of their teams. So 1pm turns to no later than 3pm which has now turned into a possible 4:20 arrival of the removalists. 
The lack of communication and for thinking of 'management' made a day far more stressful than it needed to be. Maybe instead of overbooking your hard working removalists you need to have a look at their work load, time required for each job and the size of each job to better allocate your teams and vehicles.
This paired with the rude and disinterested staff that we have had to communicate with from our moving day has been appalling. Not only will we never use your company again but we will never recommend it either.

Great experience.  Very professional and dedicated staff working for you and ensuring that you have no stress with the moving.  Have used them both for domestic and international.

Great Service. The team in Canberra and in Perth were very friendly and helpful. would recommend to anyone looking to move. 
Everything was wrapped well and nothing was broken moving our things across the country.
