Recommend a few things;
) NEVER label what is the boxes, on the boxes (if you label contents of boxes, some boxes are likely to "disappear in transit")
) Put your own lock on the container/ truck doors (If not securely locked, some boxes are likely to "disappear in transit")
) Number every item and check all are loaded and again check them at the destination as they are unloaded (If you do not check at both ends, you may find some of your goods have "disappeared in transit")
) In summary, do not trust Allied Pickfords at either end to deliver all of your goods.

My wife is sleeping on the floor due to the non arrival of half of our furniture.. we paid for packing and unpacking but they couldn’t manage that as well.. Grace would have been the better option.. and nobody picks up the phone in Perth.. rubbish

The guys from Canberra were fabulous. Was a very warm day and they unloaded a full truck in about 2 hours including carrying a heavy dining table up a flight of stairs.

** melbourne packers and removalists were very poor and the company don’t seem to consider feedback seriously as it’s been 2 weeks since submitted and I’ve heard nothing. Would only use Canberra crew if I ever move again.

Thank you AP for making our interstate move as easy and painless as possible.
The guys who packed were efficient and not a thing was broken. 
The guys who unpacked were so speedy and cheerful it made moving into our new home even more exciting. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Incredibly polite.

Refreshingly responsive! Delivered on every promise and, although our job was small, we were made to feel it was important to them. So unusual these days.
