Moved Brisbane to Townsville with Kent and would go through a different company if I had my time over. They lost one of my boxes of items needed for work and multiple days down the track, I have received no apology or communication and each time I try to ring to see if they have found it there is a new excuse. Hopefully it will get sorted soon but at this stage I doubt I'll have what I need for starting work on Monday.

We had pick ups from two locations from Townsville to Sydney. The entire process was professional, friendly and excellent value. We have moved several times and Kent Removals were outstanding. Will recommend to everyone. Thanks to Len and his team. Kind regards Dani, Eduardo and Alejandro.

Great moving experience from Kent Removals, fantastic communication, delivery on time and very professional and friendly crew. Would highly recommend Kent for an easy and stress free move.

The move went smoothly, the communication was good until we had a complaint. (Our bed frame was damaged, when they lowered it over the balcony) Then it all went belly up. Kent claimed it on the insurance we took for the transport, not their own insurance. Nice people, but watch the loading and unloading for damages.
