I have used Kennards Self Storage at Port Melbourne for over 2 years. The initial agreement was really easy and streamlined, staff was super friendly and professional. During the agreement period, the communication was the minimum, not disruptive, and concise to the important updates only + monthly invoices, which is all I need as a customer. At the end of the agreement, again it was a super easy process, I did not have to ask for anything like refund for the unused days of the month, but everything was done 100% accurate without me asking. In total, I recommend Kennards Self Storage at Port Melbourne, and I would use them again if I need. Thank you

I was there just to get an idea how large each different sized storage is and their relevant rates. I told the staff there I was still comparing rates. They showed me a couple storages. I purchased 10 boxes for packing. Then he helped me to put these jumbo sized paper boxes onto my car. They weren't even heavy even for a young women like me. The gentleman was really nice. And the location is nice. The rates are reasonably good for a location like this. It is close to South Melbourne, like a 6 minute drive. I am really happy with the experience there today.

The team at Kennards Port Melbourne have been terrific. The team always keep an eye out to make sure you are being assisted. I love that its nearby with easy access and great trolleys. They've made a big move so much easier.

Best pricing for storage i found in Melbourne! I searched for over 2 months to find a storage that would be big enough to fit everything i needed but also would not cost me a fortune. i found that For the exact same price, i get over double the storage space here then what i got at my old storage facility. Plus, its ALWAYS clean, has 24 hour access and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend Kennards in Port Melbourne

David was absolutely fantastic! Worked in with me on a unit that suited me best and even stayed back after hours to check me in and show me how to access my storage unit. I highly recommend using Kennards for all your storage needs.

Outstanding service, truly went above and beyond to make move in as easy as possible. Finding the right space for my needs and setting up the account was also a breeze. A huge thanks to David and Peter. Highly recommended.

Kennards Port Melbourne provide an excellent service - their staff are friendly and answer all of my questions promptly and tend to my requests. Very happy we chose them.

Fantastic service, so helpful. David at the Port Melbourne site was just lovely assisting us with sourcing a new and cheaper storage locker. They were even able to provide a forklift and trolley jack to get our items from the transport vehicle into our locker. I would have been lost without their advice.

David Collins the Manager was very helpful. Back in Jan/Feb 2022, I was moving house and needed a portable wardrobe. He kindly sold me the display model rather than a flat pack and assisted to place it in my car. I would definitely return for packing supplies as the costs are reasonable and if I needed, I would use the self storage at Port Melbourne. East to access.
