I had my entire apartment packed up and stored for 18 months at Port Melbourne Fry’s. Their service was extremely efficient, the staff very friendly and helpful. I felt confident that my belongings were safe and secure and on having just moved, everything was perfect. If you are looking to store anything I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Great job guys.
From ringing to get the initial quote, to coming and signing up, to then moving in, the service has been outstanding. Darren has gone out of his way to assist in any way possible, over and above what I would expect. I do and have recommended Fry’s storage in Port Melbourne to my family, friends and work colleagues. If you need storage, don’t look anywhere else, no one will do as good as job as Darren and the team at Fry’s Port Melbourne.
I have rented a storage at Fry's Port Melbourne for the past 2.5 years, in this time l found their facility to be first class. we have been most impressed by the level of customer service from Darren at Port Melbourne. There were some issues with our storage space which were addressed promptly and professionally. Customer service seems to be a rare occurrence these days, but Darren and Fry's have demonstrated how it should be. Well done
We recently had the need to store household items while we were renovating. We came across Fry's Port Melbourne unexpectedly and dropped in to check it out. Even though it was near closing time for the day, the staff were more than happy to take us through our options and recommended the cheapest option for our needs. They showed us how to operate everything and ensured that we could get in and out with no problems. The storage was clean and all the equipment work fine and we could not fault find with any of it. All in all, the service was friendly and the storage met our needs so I would have no hesitation in recommending Fry's in Port Melbourne.
I've had my items in storage with Fry's Port Melbourne for the last 3 years, and across that time have been impressed, by the quality and cleanliness of the facilities and the professionalism and attentiveness of the site Manager, Darren. I've never had any problems with my storage facility and thoroughly recommend Fry's Port Melbourne, whether it's for a long or short term storage solution.
i am in the process of moving to the country and so after more than 7 years i recently finalized my storage facility at Fry's Port Melbourne. Over all that time i was completely satisfied with the service i received. Darren has always been most helpful, courteous and obliging and i am very grateful for all his help. i would recommend this facility to anyone.
I used Fry's Storage for almost 2 years and I cannot express enough, how fantastic they were. The staff are absolutely lovely and quite literally assisted me with so much when I was clearing my storage unit and selling things over a 2 month period ready for a move abroad. Darren especially helped me move things, put me in contact with buyers and just generally went above and beyond what most people would ever do. I can honestly say that I would not have got everything done without his assistance. Fry's is the BEST storage company in Melbourne OR anywhere in the world in fact AND ive used many in my time! I highly recommend Fry's Storage at Port Melbourne. The facility is clean, secure and professionally managed. After doing a lot of research, Fry's was the best value for money, compared to other big storage facilities close to the CBD. Darren, the Manager, was very helpful in assisting with our numerous inquiries before we decided to go with Fry's.
Fry's storage in Port Melbourne is an excellent facility and well run by Darren. Always clean and tidy, very secure, good service, a variety of unit sizes, great location, exactly what we needed. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
