I've visited Kennards North Lakes twice in the past month, both times to return used and unused moving boxes for a refund. Robert assisted me on both occasions. At the first visit, he was the only person on staff and didn't know how to handle a refund. I think he was new. I visited again 4 weeks later and Robert was once again the only person on staff. Unfortunately, he still didn't know how to handle a refund, and had to call three separate stores for step-by-step instructions. It took over 40 minutes to process a refund for 7 boxes, which is absolutely absurd. Robert remarked that Kennards have lots of new, untrained staff, who are being left alone, ill-equipped to serve customers. Kennards, please sort this out. It's not fair on the staff and it's definitely not fair on the customers.
Craig and the team were wonderful and supportive during the time I was a customer of Kennards at Northlakes! I always felt safe and secure using their facilities at any time during the day or night, and that my belongings were safe guarded. Thanks Kennards Storage! Rock on!!
After a bad experience elsewhere, I was absolutely delighted with the service that Kennards North Lakes provided. Not only are they there on site on the public holiday to take my call but Henny and Craig went above and beyond to help with my very last minute booking and exceeded all my needs with kindness and generosity. Even helping me to transfer after a few days to a smaller and more suitable storage shed saving me money! Many of the other big names around don’t do pro rata fees where as Kennards northlakes do, this shows they care about their customers and are looking after them. Do not go anywhere else, Kennards North lakes is absolutely the right decision. I will be highly recommending their storage to my friends and family.
Booked the hire truck - was double booked. When I received the truck it had not been refuelled nor was I given any details in event of emergency. Truck was definitely not road worthy, with violent shaking at 90kmhr+. Was told to only fill back up to where it was left for me. 3 days later the business charged me for the next month of storage fees even though we had vacated 3 days prior and was assured we would be refunded a few days. The charge on my card was not authorised and has left our new family with no money over the Christmas holidays. This business steals from young family's and tries to absolve themselves of any responsibility. Would not recommend, would not use again.
Staff @North Lakes always go way beyond to help myself and my family when we have needed storage and the use of the truck when moving furniture in and out. Cannot fault them for the service they provided us every time we have needed storage. Will definately recommend them to family and others.
I always come here to return items via parcel point. The team are always friendly and supply me tape because I never have any at home to wrap up my parcels. Today Sandy and Robb looked after my Shein return and I left with a smile and laugh. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!!
These guys are a bit ahead of themselves when it comes to taking all your belongings into their own possession because your bill is 1 day late due to hospitalisation... don't care kennards don't car about your situation.

I highly recommend Kennards North Lakes for secure storage, the facilities are always clean and well maintained well in my over 2 years of being @ North Lakes. 10/10 service from staff and a highly professional secure facility.
