Facility was very clean, organised, and well set up. Pricing was reasonable. Alec and Priscilla were both fantastic to deal with, even going to extra effort to suit our tight schedule (we were driving from ACT to QLD and back with only 2.5 days to do it in the hire truck). The unit was clean so we were able stack things like the couch sideways without having to worry about dirt getting on it. Security set up seems very adequate, and both Priscilla and Alec were lovely to chat to. Will update this review when we have finished using the unit. Update: Have now moved out of the storage unit. Despite multiple storms, our stored items were all perfectly safe. The units are very well protected and insulated. I have nothing but good things to say about National Storage Rothwell. No undue charges on the account, always friendly and prompt customer service, and everything was exactly as it should be.

Extremely rude/arrogant desk staff, no concept of public or customer relationships. Disappointing, plenty of other storage facilities in the area that provide a lot better service. It may be one of the cheapest around - but you only get what you pay for.
