The Professionals property managed our rental into the ground, they let the tenants trash the place yet passing it in every inspection (they even took photos of the damage and filth). The tenants stopped paying rent, left unpaid bills, trashed the place and then disappeared but we were not informed of this until well after it happened. They then said our house is now un-rentable due to the damage and filth but will not take any responsibility for it. We essentially paid them to manage a house into the ground.

Have to agree about Brent, he is always helpful and never gets annoyed. Had some problems with painters recently and he always helped on each occasion there were issues. It's good to see a real estate agent that actually cares about his customers not like some other real estate agents we have had to deal with over the years. The whole crew have actually been really good to deal with but Brent has been pretty stellar. Nothing but good things to say about him and his work ethics.

Brent is an amazing property manager. Great communication, easy to deal with and all maintenance gets attended to in a timely manner. Brent certainly goes above and beyond to provide good customer service.
