A local Katoomba business, owners are lovely happy people. Vietnamese Pork Roll was fresh, generous and tasty. Great place for your bread needs. Great experience.
Went here for pies as Hominy was shut. My son and I bought potato and meat pies. Had a few bites and we both had to throw them in the bin. Rock hard outer layer, weird tasting mash and meat in some slimy sauce. Foul. My husband had a chicken in a baguette roll. Said it was 'ok' but didn't finish it which is unlike him.
Lamington was very stale and vanilla slice seemed a few days old.

Every suburb/town needs a Vietnamese bakery this is Katoomba's main street one there is another also and together they fulfill a great need.
Super basic non french bread. Go to woolworths if you want similar quality.
