Really good pharmacy, very helpful, accessible staff. It has recently been renovated and it very bright and clean. I enjoy going in there. They stocked what I needed.

The Pharmacy was so helpful in organising a repeat prescription over the holiday break as my usually pharmacy was closed for 4 days and I had run out of one of my meds. They were so kind and happy to give me what I needed as soon as I called....I am so appreciative for the friendly helpful service

My Parents lived in Katikati for two and a half years. They recently passed away. We had a lot to do with John and his team in town and Andrew and his team at the medical centre. My brother and I were around a lot more as Mum and Dad became more unwell. The Pharmacy team were very helpful and, in particular, as they saw Mum was deteriorating she was sometimes alone when we could not be there with her they really stepped up to make sure she was okay. With Katikati growing at the pace it is, businesses like this often become incredibly busy. Some days customers feel a little hard done by. That's understandable but don't let that deter you. The Pharmacy Team really are there to help and they will. We were grateful to them.

Wonderful pharmacist. John and his staff went well above and beyond the call of duty when we had a terminally ill family member. He supports local community projects and he and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. A great person and business well worthy of support.

I had a terrible experience going to this chemist. The owner is a nasty, grumpy, old man who has no business dealing with a clientele who by virtue of the fact that they’re picking up medication, are not having the best of days. On a previous occasion I saw him being so rude to a lady who couldn’t get her epipen to work that he had her in tears. Honestly, these guys are not the kind of people I’d want to be spending my money with. Our community deserves better.

John the pharmacist has consistently refused to pay his account for Souls Jandals. We are a Nana and Grandad company operating on a shoestring!  He owes us just over $1000. Do not shop here. Avoid if you can!

Bought some very cute kids stools here, well constructed & great price.

If I could give no stars I would...this place is an insult to the Katikati community - old dusty stock, torn up carpets, no selection...rude staff!!!  unfortunately they have the monopoly here in Katikati and don't they know it!!!   I normally love going to chemist shops but I'd boil my head than go in there...it's the pits!!!

Worst chemist to deal with, always forgets to order the medication even when i call ahead a week or more to remind him. The service is slack and he never seems to know what is going on or why its not ordered. Will be going out of town to get prescriptions filled from now on

Had a great experience visiting Katikati Pharmacy. John was both courteous and helpful with my enquiries when I was visiting the area when travelling from Sydney. Great service!
