From our initial phonecall to getting into the pharmacy for our Covid booster, the girl that answered the call & was on the counter when we arrived was an absolute delight ~ sadly we forgot to look at her name ~ my husband & l both commented as we left that she was the most pleasant, bubbly & helpful shop assistant that we had dealt with in years ~ she deserves a bunch of flowers from management at the very least, hehe  She was dealing with an elderly couple when we arrived & was gentle, patient and just as lovely ~ Thankyou, you made our day  Also the lovely lady administering our Covid jabs was great - so polite and very gentle, neither of us even felt the needle go in at all! 10+/10 Unichem Bethlehem  Glenda & Mike Callagher 24/07/22

As always, friendly staff super helpful, friendly and always smiling.  I haven't been in for a while but this crew makes everything so easy.  I'll happily drive past 10 other chemists to come to this one for the advice, help and staff.  I appreciate customer service especially when there is choice...not all chemists are created equal much like any industry.  Thanks again for your help today, expectations exceeded

I unfortunately had the same experience with the rude lady today. She is manning the front of the shop to deal with customers trying to purchase goods. I understand that we are dealing with an unprecedented situation at the moment, but she is clearly too stressed to be doing the job. No wonder people are heading to the Chemist Warehouse in droves. There is no excuse for such rudeness under any circumstances.

Terrible service is not all. These pharmacists somehow go into the private medical records taken by a patient’s family doctor and/or hospital. My friend was there yesterday and didn’t want to write a review but with her permission I’m writing it. She got home, very upset, from the pharmacy last night. Don’t give them your name or details if you don’t absolutely HAVE to. My friend said that after she had been interrogated about her private medical history in front of others about things that had nothing to do with the medication she was there to buy she felt violated and very upset. And with good reason. Notes between a doctor and patient are supposed to be confidential and private medical records are supposed to be just that. PRIVATE!!!!!

I was looking for mouthpiece in here and staff helped me to find it out. Friendly and nice staff

Excellent pharmacists and team. No hesitation in recommending them, they always go the extra mile.

If i could give this no stars i would. The older woman who works there is the most rudest woman i have ever come across. When you are sick the last thing you want to deal with is a rude woman at the counter. Not helpful and not friendly at all. I will never go back to this pharmacy again.

Great pharmacists.  Caring and always willing to listen to each customer's problem. Definitely earned my respect.
