Katie’s online: Worst experience. The clothes are like wish. Nothing like the images. The fit is terrible.  Dresses: The bust is massive, like super huge, and the rest is tight. Such a weird fit. I had to return everything, I can’t see them fitting anyone.  Jackets:  I bought three jackets one is MIA and customer service take 3 weeks to reply and don’t read your email properly so they give you the wrong response then you have to write again only to wait another two weeks for a wrong response. The other two jackets same style just different colours and totally different fits. One the arms where so tight it would be the most uncomfortable thing to wear.  Don’t waste your time and money. Seriously the worst experience and quality I’ve ever experienced.

I've just moved to the area and I am very happy with the service. I think the sales assistant was Meg very friendly and helpful. After my purchased she told me to have a nice day and I felt great when I left. I won't be shopping at any other Katie Store.

The girls are so nice here. The sales always good. They even have nibbles and drinks for sale days.

I LOOVE KATIES.ALWAYS FIND WHAT I WANT.

Very very rude service at Katie’s Karingal, woman told me and another customer to leave as she closes as 4:45 and claimed all stores in same company also close at same time. Ones she named have signs clearly saying they are open later, and the store hours online say 5 - she just wants to go home early on the company’s dollar! Won’t be going back.
