It was busier than usual due to the sale, however I've experienced poor service on about half of my visits. The front counter often operates like a dogs breakfast. People everywhere, and lining up in the queue is only advisable if you enjoy watching people cutting in front of you, as they walk directly up to the counter and get service from the next available staff member, rather than the next person waiting in the queue. This was after waiting almost 15 minutes for assistance that never came in another area of the store.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service and time taken with us. Prices were Extremely Competitive and they matched price on the 1 or 2 items that I found slightly cheaper elsewhere. I Would highly recommend getting your Baby Stuff from Geelong Baby Bunting, they have everything you need.

POOR STAFF! I am very much so tired of being treated like a second rate citizen at this place, time after time. Some of the staff here are actually horrible people and totally in the wrong line of work in my opinion. I've given this place it's fair share of second ...and tenth chances, but as a regularly returning customer, I now stop shopping here and will instead give my business to friendlier outlets like Nanny Annie and small local businesses. Very tired of being treated as if I am intruding on a Toorak socialites boutique store instead of a baby goods outlet in Frankston, which I would expect to be a welcoming baby-friendly atmosphere. Some of the staff here really put me in mind of the 2 workers in the homegoods shop in Kath & Kim, very much so looking down their noses at you, which I don't appreciate. Today's experience is really not a big deal in itself, but is just the last straw in a long line of rudeness and poor customer treatment I've received here. As I was purchasing a toddler's stroller pram today, and had my 8 month old sitting in the seat of my SPOTLIGHT trolley, the checkout staff member serving me, said "Is that ALL you're getting?" whilst looking down her nose at my now empty trolley, then presumptuously said "We ask that you leave the trolley in the store when you leave". I found this a bizarre request but relished being able to then inform her that my trolley was infact from Spotlight, not BB. She didn't apologise for the mistake and didn't even say bye, then also failed to provide me my reciept until I asked for it. Why not just assign one of your staff to collect trolleys from the bays in the carpark at the end of the day like the other stores in the precinct do!? As I say, this really was no big deal but is just not the kind of customer service I expect and I don't experience service like this at other stores. Most of the women who work here that I've encountered are condescending and unhelpful, on every occasion that I visit, I've had much worse experiences there than today's little bungle. As a first time mum and serious buyer, I would have really appreciated a welcoming, helpful (in terms of advice) atmosphere here during my pregnancy, at what I thought was a leading baby retailer. But to the contrary, I have never EVER been offered help or advice with any products in the Baby Bunting Frankston store. One time I waited so long for some help with a pram that I fully intended on purchasing (including waiting close to 20 minutes at the checkout to enquire for help), I ended up lifting the pram down from a high shelf on my own whilst pregnant and then one of the staff had the cheek to suddenly notice me and say sternly "Excuse me, you really should have got someone to get that down before you touched it". I know I'm not alone in recieving such poor treatment, from reading other reviews of a similar vein. There is ONE lady who works here who is very friendly and helpful (I wish I knew her name so as to separate her from other staff in my review), she always calls everyone "sweetie" (she is a sweetie herself) and I always hope that I encounter her instead of all the other staff who are infact, horrible. Hence why you have nowlost my business. For interests sake, I purchased a pram here, 2 bassinets, clothes, nappies, bottles and several baby safety products, so you have lost the business of a regular customer.

we needed help looking at stroller options and weren't sure when we needed to purchase and staff were super helpful despite knowing we were not buying (yet) letting us test a huge number of options and bringing them out to our car to show how they would fold and to test if they could fit. always warm service in our experience
