If I could give it negative stars I would Went in to do some Christmas shopping yesterday and was absolutely disgusted with the state of the store. Impossible to find anything, clothes scattered all over the floor, dirty, looked like a war scene..was looking for help to purchase for my girlfriend, took 10 minutes to be served. Where are the staff? Eventually an indian woman can't remember her name served me. She was rude, useless and disinterested - constantly looking at her phone while talking to me. The worst experience I've ever had in a retail store! Been here many times before and this place has really gone down hill!
Decent range of clothes. Bought 4 pairs of shorts. Will see how they fair in the UK summer.
Walked in to collect something I as the dad had no idea what it was and the awesome staff helped me out very quickly.
I went here to buy some clothes for the summer and I was in the changing room and my younger sister came to look for me and the worker there who's on the larger side called her weird I honestly didn't like that since she's 12 and very self conscious so I was a bit disgusted with that comment, the service was decent, the prices high but the staffs attitude was pretty hurtful

Went to cotton on Frankston this morning with my daughter, who turned 12 years old 5 days ago, first vax this morning. Staff wouldn't let my daughter in as she couldn't prove she had been vaccinated 30min ago. I'm vaccinated and showed proof, whats the problem. Don't you think our kid's have suffered enough?
We went to the Frankston store trying to find a particular shirt in a particular size as the Cranbourne store only ever seems to have small and extra small we found the shirt in the size we needed. Despite very lazy service from the staff on the floor
Just wanna check out without being nagged with a 5 minute oral presentation by staff.
I always end up buying something here, great clothes that seem to last and they keep up with latest trends because the displays and various styles change a lot everytime I visit
Found a few nice pieces of clothing with a good price.
