Nicely renovated airport however on multiple occasions I have found the bar staff to be quite rude, both to myself and others. A smile and a more pleasant tone would be appreciated. One occasion when checking in I was advised by the Qantas staff member that if they smelt even the slightest whiff of alcohol from my breath I would not be permitted to board the aircraft. As a 36 year old who barely drinks I found the tone to be insulting, presumptuous and unacceptable, and even if I did choose to buy a beer what's the issue? Every time I depart the airport it always appears understaffed. In my opinion a lot more effort should be made to improve customer service. I have no doubt airport staff have to put up with some bad apples but we should not all be tarred with the same brush.

With a face lift now it is getting better, However hotspot connectivity isnt up to the mark.Thankfully Pizzas n Burgers are available

Free wifi doesn't work, also if your evening flight is delayed have fun going hungry and thirsty as all food and beverage services cease at 5pm.
