I am so in LOVE & OBSESSED with my wedding dress!!! I felt so confident and stunning on my wedding day! Ami, Jamie & Rachel at Brisbane KWH made the entire process of choosing the dress so easy. They were all so positive, relaxed and professional. I love the aesthetic of all the KWH collections - all of the gowns are feminine, modern and ethereal.  I wore the Audrey gown in solid white ivory. This dress normally has a sheer bodice, however, I was able to get it custom made in solid white and this adjustment was no trouble at all thanks to the help of Jamie! The matching puff sleeves and bow veil tied the look together perfectly! The dress was a perfect fit and extremely comfortable - I danced all night and didn’t want to take it off! I can’t speak highly enough of KWH. Thank you for making me feel so beautiful and helping to make my wedding day magical! xx

The KWH store was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the sizing of the sample dresses to try on were very limited so anyone that is above a size 10 or curvy will have a difficult time trying on a dress that is too small. Trying on an ill fitting dress that doesn’t give you accurate look of what it Will be on your figure and then be expected to pay $4000+ without making an informed decision really doesn’t sit right with me. The experience which was supposed to be joyful left me leaving the store feeling horrible about my body. KWH can do better and stock larger sample sizes in their store especially given the price tag of the garments in question.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with the store manager, Emily. She was so helpful & patient with me. I tried on about 100 dresses which was amazing but finally decided on one in the end & I'm so happy. All the dresses are beautiful and there's so much option with the bespoke collection. 10/10

Karen Willis was amazing.  I had only selected two styles online but found there was so much more in store that suited me.  Jaimee was my stylist and was absolutely amazing.  Highly recommend.

I had a beautiful experience wedding dress hunting at KWH with the beautiful Lauren assisting me. It was my third wedding dress shop I had visited and I was ready to find THE ONE. Lauren was so kind and never pushy! I had a lot of fun and even better, found THE ONE I was hoping to :.

I felt like the only bride on the planet. Tori was spectacular. Her honesty and guidance was outstanding. And the dress is to die for. What a memorable journey this was to finding my dress. Thank you Tori and KWH.

Such a wonderful experience. Other bridal stores made me feel pressured and upset. And I ended up in tears and my partner needing to get me a refund from another store. The KWH team was nurturing and not pushy and gave me the time to consider my choices. I did my first fitting with Brisbane team and second with Sydney due to work travel before I made my final decision. Both locations were beautiful and such nice rooms. Both teams were excellent. And it shows the KWH brand really delivers an experience. Jaimee in Brisbane so helpful with the process. And also been great with where to get the dress dry cleaned after from all the rain and mud! My dress was everything I wanted and more and those last little tailoring aspects to your body make a big difference at the end. Its such a gorgeous brand and beautiful store. There are so many dresses and styles and I can promise the materials and quality is far superior to many other dresses. Thanks for everything KWH TEAM.

I tried on a lot of wedding dresses, but Karen Willis Holmes' quality, designs and customer service put everyone else to shame. Can't recommend the Brisbane store enough. Especially Emily who was just fantastic - someone give that girl a pay rise! She went above and beyond.

Karen Willis Holmes Brisbane boutique is the only store I tried on any wedding dresses, I didn’t need to go anywhere else. There range is beyond stunning and unique. I chose my Cassie gown and couldn’t have been happier with how it looked on the day. Everyone I encountered at the store on my numerous visits was friendly and helpful. My wedding was postponed by 7 months and they were so great at keeping my dress at the store for months on end since I was too anxious to have it at home  The dresses speak for themselves but the experience is wonderful too.

I would highly recommend Karen Willis Holmes Brisbane for their service and range. The person who assisted me and my bridemaid was so lovely. I did not feel pressured to make a decision on the day, but their follow-up service was useful to let me know the status of the dress I was looking at. I ultimately have chosen a dress from KWH because it was a great fit for me, the quality is truly stunning and pretty reasonably priced compared to other beaded dresses I had seen.
