Try to avoid this surgery!! I rang today to book a teeth cleaning. Although I said that I HAVE NO PROBLEM with my teeth and that I had a regular full dental check-up a month ago, the lady was forcing me over the phone to have AGAIN dental check-up prior to teeth cleaning!! She said I must have it again!!!! When I told her that I don't need it because my teeth are fine, she asked me "Why do you need then to clean your teeth"? What a question! Unbelievable! She was so rude over the phone whoever she was but I think she was a dentist! But it is understandable, she just wanted to rip me off and charge me for something that I didn't really need! I can only say, thank God, I didn't go to her! I'm so sorry that I can't give her a zero star!
Have been going to this place for years. Most of my work is preventative so that's good. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Highly recommended.
I have been a regular patient of Dr Gower and would highly recommend her as a dentist to anyone who needs a caring and professional practitioner.
