This clinic is far better than any other I had ever been to. Dr Michael had been my dentist for many years' and not for once he let me down. Today he just rescued my front tooth after a recent accident. Great job as always. Dr Michael and his team are very professional, helpful and accommodating.
Dr Michael and his team are the best, my whole family been coming to see Dr Michael for years and he never let us down. Michael and his team are very professional and when they say "pain free", they mean it. Michael pulled my wisdom tooth out yesterday and after what I heard from everyone that pulling wisdom tooth is hard, I was really afraid however Michael pulled the tooth out without any pain and I didn't even feel that he pulled any tooth out All we can say "THANK YOU MICHAEL AND TEAM, ALL OF YOU STARS".
Highly recommended practice. They are very professional and not pushy like other places. Dr Gendy is very transparent and provides the right level of advice to my needs. Also Dr Kirollos was amazing, did quite a few big pieces of work and he always ensured I am not in pain and did constant follow ups to confirm I am progressing well. The reception staff are very friendly and patient. These people are technically competent and customer oriented. Well done!
i have been to this dental surgery a couple of times now. i liked how friendly the staff were and how informative the dentist was. The dentist seemed knowledgable and resourceful with different treatment options, which i appreciated a lot. I would definitely not hesitate to grade them 5/5.
The team at All Smilez are the best you will find! Dr Gendy is a genius at putting fears and phobias aside and so utterly reassuring and understanding of patients with anxiety like myself! You are in the very best hands at All Smilez and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Have been going here as a family with my young kids and cannot fault the staff and Dr Kirolos. Always friendly and caring and ensures the kids are always comfortable which is great as they don't mind going to the dentist. Would definitely recommend.
The biggest thing for me was they gave me personalised habit adjustments to maintain their flawless work on my teeth and gums in the long run. I don’t know if there’s a better phrase for it but these guys are solution minded. I had a clean and check up, and not to mention the execution was just flawless with zero pain afterward. Best dentists ever.
I have seen Dr Demian a few times over the past year, he is very thorough and gentle. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to see a dentist who actually cares about the patient.
All I can say is Dr Michael is a cut above ..I’m a long client of Michael’s .. when I first met him I wasn’t in the best financial positions but needed a lot of work done .. Michael’s empathy toward my situation was incredibly support.. he sat with me and we worked out a treatment plan that was affordable and enabled me to regain my confidence with being able to start my treatment journey .. I also have three boys ..2 of which were going over seas and i was wanting them to have check ups before they left and Michael’s team got them both in that week .. one on my sons has a lot of anxiety with the idea of visiting the dentist .. I explained this when I made the appointment and he was prescribed something to help relax him .. on the day of the appointment Dr Michael introduced himself and had a chat with him to ensure he was comfortable and assured that all would be alright .. he also explained everything he was going to do and also explained that at any time he wanted to stop he was to raise his hand and it would paused .. Dr Michael explained that communication was paramount.. yesterday I took my youngest to see Dr Michael and he was amazing with him ..as it is easy for him to be oppositional and with the smallest upset to never want to go back .. he can be challenging due to past trauma .. Dr Michael was amazing with him and made him feel so comfortable and secure that he is happy to go back to complete his treatment .. I cannot recommend Dr Michael and his team more highly .. from the moment you walk In and meet the receptionists to the dental nurses that assist and even the other dentists in the practice always take the time to say hi and genuinely care …
The staff at All Smilez Dental Care are very kind, welcoming and professional. They provided great advice and helped me with all my queries. I will go to All Smilez Dental Care from now on for all my dental needs. Thank you again!!!
