This company are nothing but thieves. I rang and payed for 2 replacement batteries for a barking collar and they took my money and 24 days later I still haven't received them. I have made repeated phone calls to the 1300 number only to be told that the 1300 number is only a messaging service and all they can do is pass my number on for a call back. I have also left multiple messages on the contact me section of their website asking for a call back or better still the product I payed for. I have also tried sending an email to the contact for Brisbane directly but this is being ignored too. This company has made no effort to call me back and haven't even answered my email. I have even tried calling back the number that gave the call back originally for me to place my order but that just rings out and is transferred to the 1300 line. I warn all people to stay away from these thieves and avoid any ties to them as they will take your cash but not provide anything in return. I wish I could give negative stars as my rating as 1 star is way too high. I will try to go to the address that Google Maps has for them although this looks like it is only a house on street view so is probably a fake address.

Do not use this business! Take your money and do not deliver the goods. Same scenario as other posts, no reply to emails or phone calls. Will be calling ACCC to have them investigated and hopefully shut down to protect other consumers. I suggest any one else having similar issue do the same to protect others.

I rang and ordered 2 replacement containment batteries on the 05/04/17. 5 weeks later and I am still waiting for my batteries. I have made many calls to the 1300 number only to be told they will pass the message on. I hope K9 will pay all fees of having my dogs released from the pound should council pick them up. I went through the Sunnybank Hills office when I placed my order. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone any more.
