I am very pleased with the product and service delivered by Terry and the rest of the team at Regent Skylights. They were pros at creating custom-made skylights with built-in exhaust fans. They were also flexible enough to manufacture the item quickly enough to meet my builder's strict deadlines. The end result is a skylight that will hopefully last another 30 years! I would not hesitate to contact them again!
I haven’t had any skylights installed yet the reason is I’ve called them many times and John who was to return my calls has never had the decency to get in touch with me So I have given this company the flick I have since rang another company who have been prompt in coming out and given me a quote to do the work. I mentioned Regency Skylights to this company and he said they must have plenty of work on and are not interested in any more work My suggestion is Dont bother them they are too busy
Great customer service
After needing 1 skylight, and 2 velux windows replaced due to hail damage, the contractors used regent skylights. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!! ALL 3 jobs were badly done. Velux windows won't open, and are not installed at the same height, and no finishing off. I have insulation showing and roof sheeting. Skylight dome wasn't cut out properly, so we have a roof sheet crescent moon showing permanently. Do yourself a favour and save the dissappointment. Avoid!!!!!
I had a great experience with Chris at Regent Skylights. He knew exactly what dome I needed after all the damage we had with the hail. One day delivery turn around as promised. Highly recommend them.
The Guys at Regent skylight supplied a new skylight and recommended an installer after our Skylight was damaged by hail. I would highly recommend their product. It looks great
