Absolutely Love coming to KO , the classes are challenging and fun, and all the trainers are friendly and helpful. I have been coming for 11 months and can really feel the difference in my health both mentally and physically. 
Boxfit is my favorite class .
It doesnt matter what age or size you are, everybody makes you feel welcome and Ive made alot of new friends .

Group sessions are a hit and miss due to equipment, if the class is big you rarely get the equipment you want (e.g. weights) which means you’re not working hard enough or too hard that you spend more time trying to not hurt yourself. The vibe at the gym is very cliquey depending on what session you book yourself into. Be extremely careful when you cancel as an error was made their behalf but I had still had to pay for their mistake.

I have been going here since July and I just love it! Great classes and awesome trainers who help you every step of the way. I get the help I need with all my injuries and feel very supported in my fitness journey. Highly recommend over any other gym. I have now started PT with James who is helping me to further achieve my goals.

weeks in and I'm so happy I found K.O. I'm a mum with a 1 year old and the team have made it so easy for me to come in and exercise with my little one. The instructors help keep her entertained while I focus on getting fit! Other members have been so warm and friendly too! Definitely recommend this place
