Ubiquitous clothing shop. Very popular with young and older ones. Fairly good value on most items. I'm not a high fashion guy or into Tik Tok trends but Uniqlo clothes are a safe bet for casual wear.
I always buying my family clothes from Uniqlo. Always friendly stuff. But the Manager asian lady in Uniqlo Eastland was very rude and angry to me. I definitely not going back to this place. She doesn’t know any customer service I don’t know why she became Manager. But thanks for other stuff.
Visited Eastland store on Monday to purchase a coat and had to leave without buying anything. They were allowing way too many people in the store. The sales assistant at the entrance was taking temperatures but they had made the entrance and exit in the one tiny spot despite having the room to separate them like other stores are doing. The same sales assistant was taking temperatures then checking bags when people left causing people to group together. Huge line at checkout where people weren’t social distancing. Pointless taking temperatures if you aren’t going to bother with other measures to ensure safety for staff and customers.
Staff v helpful with finding shirt in front, and also, in the changing room area. Great variety of patterns and types of clothes. Cool checkouts.
The clothes are great. But the staffs are rude and not helpful!! I will never come back and buy from this Uniqlo shop. They have the worst customer service.
Staff are usually very helpful and willing to find different sizes that aren't on the shelves. There's a large range in stock and the free alterations are a great service, and very fast. The store can sometimes get a bit cramped. Some manned checkouts have been replaced with self-serve.

Love this store, not as big as Chadestone, but always has discounted items on their shelves.
