It is Boxing Day sale, we understood the busyness of the shops. My daughter waited in line for more than 20 minutes to pay for merchandise she wanted; she tried to pay with Afterpay, but it required a purchase of more than $99. Then she told the cashier she'd call her mum for help paying, but instead of giving her the courtesy and time to "tried to solve the problem," they told her to go back to the end of the line while she sorted it out with me. She was in tears because of how she was being treated!! It's so unprofessional. Ghanda Eastland should be ashamed to have hired such rude staff. It is so UNPROFESSIONAL. Not necessarily treat a 15 years old such as. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
Quite disappointing if you return an item and in return you cannot get a refund but only given a 6 month credit to use. I mean what store has a 6 month credit because I don’t know any and if they had let me know I would have used it on time. Went over 6 months and management was not reasonable considering covid times and everything. Will not shop at this store again. The customer service isn’t great either
I'm really pleased with the excellent service I received from Georgia K who went out of her way to call other stores to find the shirt I was after.
I genuinely love this store. The staff seem to hate themselves and the store. Its a very real experience. I also love their clothes
There's a huge probelm with the staff at this place. Don't get me wrong some are nice but others should not work in retail. My sister and I were buying some clothes and the lady rudely asked if we wanted a bag and we said yes and she told us to put one, so we did and she aggressively told us that they didn't have it and to ouch another one and again was really aggressive about it. Very rude tone used to talk to us no way to speak to customers at all
Staff went above and beyond helpful. Love the clothes. A special thank you to Alex. Shopped with my son on Saturday 21st May and for myself I went back on Monday 23rd. Very happy.
Why do the staff seem to hate each other and hate customers? To feel like a burden in a store where you’re dropping an average of $100 each visit makes me wonder why I didn’t just order it online and save myself from copping attitude…
Very happy with the service at Ghanda Eastland. I couldn't find the right size if the knitwear I like. They've order it for me online, delivered to my address - free postage! Thank you team Ghanda!
Cloths are good ended by buying 8 items. But very disgraceful and pathetic Service, mistakenly took 2 items extra, paid the bill. Went for return in 2 mins, didn't got the refund. No where in the store it's mentioned about the REFUND policy. Instead got store credit, this is absolutely rubbish.
Addressed to Ghanda Management.. The staff at Ghanda Eastland was very rude and shared uninformed information as if we fo not understand consumer law. On the other hand Lorne store staff was so lovely... The girls at Eastland need to use better language and even better attitude while speaking to a customer. I have worked in customer service industry for so long and i understand how they treated me, they belittled me and had a an attitude that I don’t know anything.
