I purchased a Monsoon in Feb 2021 delivered no proper handful as I was told I would receive. After service very disappointing. The digital keypad isn’t now working because it has water inside it. Trying to contact Duncan who sold me my spa, is impossible to reach by telephone. I paid a lot of money for this spa, and the after sale service definitely isn’t there. I’ve been trying to contact the office for the last week and the phone just rings out. I live SOR so can’t just pop in. I wouldn’t rush be in hurry. I will update on the warranty service issue now with keypad not working when I can speak to someone. Not a happy customer Kelly Success WA

Great service and product knowledge

Duncan and his team have been happy to assist us with an issue we had with our spa that was just outside of warranty. We purchased our Monsoon from the store a little over 2 years ago. The issues was resolved quickly and with good customer service. When we purchased the spa, i recall someone saying, its important to buy a spa from a company that will be around and still in business when you have an issue. Just Spas have been around for years, they know what they are talking about and its a quality product. My advice is, play it safe and buy your spa from Just Spas as you will be pleased with the service and you will be happy they are still in business if something goes wrong. Need warranty work done on my spa...find out no Just Spas anymore in WA have to try and deal with a Melbourne office. Still waiting for a call back. Not effin good enough.

When I first made contact with Just Spas a number of months ago through their website I wasn't ready for a spa....but then I moved house and it was all set up electrical wise for a Spa in the corner of the yard cables already underground - just needed connecting up.  In the interim between moving I received a number of emails from Just Spas and wondered whether they were 'lejit' or 'spam' . I am so glad I when to their showroom, getting a great deal on the Colorado 2017 with heavy discount and customer service 2nd to none...I ALWAYS research major purchases to the best of my ability and Just Spas have done me proud.  Duncan has been fantastic, initially giving us a comprehensive demonstration in his showrooms to awesome after sales customer service.  I highly recommend Just Spas Perth as your one stop store to satisfy yours needs.

They are Great! Until you need service.  Spa has been great. Pump is starting to die, the advice from just spas was to take it out yourself and take it elsewhere.  They could not give a ... maybe the guy was a moron? I'll try again and delete this if conditions change.

Purchased a new spa cover. It arrived in good time, fits perfectly and looks really good. Very happy with my purchase.

Duncans product knowledge is fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very patient and extremely helpful.

Great spas, friendly helpful staff we looked at 3 other shops for spas and this is where we are spending our money. Should hopefully get it before Christmas fingers crossed
