March 5th 2018, I called this establishment and Georgia took my booking for Monday March 12th for 8:30 am Pool School. March 7th, Simone and I had a Facebook message conversation where I told her "Hi, I'm booked in for Pool School for this coming Monday I was also told to send you pictures of our pool" and I included our address. Mar8th, She replies with "Hi Khoa what is your mobile number. I'll give you a call tomorrow. Thanks Simone". I immediately replied "I can be reached at my office 08895***** If you need other information about my place please ask Mahlie She gave me great guidance on Weds" Simone replies that evening "No worries. I’ll give you a call tomorrow" There was No phone call..... March 12th Monday, no one shows up. Called Simone and she told me that I'm not booked in. As a customer I then gave her a legitimate complaint pointing out where the business operations went wrong which is their poor communications. Simone then rudely hangs up on me. Due to their lack of communications which in turn provided me with no Pool School service as confirmed booked and Simone's rudely gesture to consumers; They've violated my consumer rights to be informed, rights to our safety, rights to be heard, rights to redress, rights to consumer education, rights to healthy environment. I can't believe I took a day off of work for this. No pay for today and no service provided by this establishment. This is an added update: It just now dawned on me, in the middle of the conversation on the phone with Simone, she did also mention that she apologizes that she never got around to call me to tell me that they don't do Pool School on Mondays. This means she actually did see my booking that Georgia put in but she didn't remember to call me to cancel it. I was wondering why (all day) Simone was defending Georgia so strongly but now it makes so much sense that it was Simone's fault after all.
