We specialise in teaching babies and beginners in our modern, purpose built, private facility.

Story

JUMP! was founded to create a private teaching facility for babies, infants and children to learn to swim; away from the vast numbers at public facilities. JUMP! provides a clean, modern and private indoor facility which is heated throughout the year. Our service is unique by providing smaller classes which allows the swim instructors to develop positive relationships with both parents and children. As our service is more intimate it allows the teachers to be able to focus on each child and gain trust and confidence which will enhance their swimming ability. As we are a private facility we expect that the customer service provided is reliable and beyond the standards of other swimming facilities.

We moved our son over to JUMP because he wasn't really learning in his previous classes. He joined Olivia's classes and from the very start, Olivia took him under her wing and made sure that my son and the other children in the class got exactly what they needed to really learn how to swim. His swimming has improved so much!!! Olivia is a fabulous teacher and JUMP is the best swim school that we have come across.

4/5 mostly because miss poppy is amazing. She is so kind, patient, energetic but also cool, calm & collected - even when our 3.5 year old has gotten a bit carried away. We feel very confident in miss poppy.nnSmall classes which is great.nCan watch them from the side of the pool.nn1 star lost just because I think they should put in another small paddle pool for the kids to play in after the lesson & parking can sometimes be annoying to get

If I could give negative stars, I would.nnOur experience with Jump has been nothing but negative. We started our LO at Jump when she was 5 months old and in the first lesson the instructor Susie dragged her head under water. The two weeks following this was horrid - she was violently ill and we were told she wasn’t able to attend swim classes until she was “better”. We adhered to this, and in our next lesson we explained to Susie what had happened and gave her instructions not to put our LO’s head under water. Susie did not listen and continued to do so. For the following two weeks, she was once again violently ill. We explained it to the administrative staff and were told they “will hold onto the funds until she is a little older”. I explained my concern about listening to parents’ and children’s needs but was not heard, even asking for a refund for the upcoming classes. This was denied and we were encouraged to return.nA year later, we called asking for a refund of the owed classes, as they are still holding onto our funds. Shelby explained that they “do not offer refunds for change of mind” and that “Susie needed to follow a specific lesson plan” which she cannot apparently deviate from. As a person who works with children and adolescents, it is disappointing that they feel that a cookie cutter lesson plan that isn’t flexible of one’s individual needs, is best or only practice. We were shattered when our baby was caused so much discomfort multiple times by the choices of a trusted adult who chose to ignore a caregiver’s instructions.nAs they continue to hold onto our funds despite our multiple expressions of concern, we would NOT recommend this swim school to any one.

Love JUMP, always received warm welcome when we enter the front door, couches are friendly and professional. Facilities are good, makes it easier for people with more than one child.

We have been coming to jump for 2 years now and I am extremely happy with the knowledge and expertise the teachers have here in particular crystal and Chris. Their facilities are awesome and the staff are always happy and willing to help in anyway they can. Cannot recommend enough
