Absolutely incredible service! I bought a digital piano from here, the shop itself is so well stocked and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, they really couldn't do more to help you. Communication is great and they have a huge range of instruments for different budgets, suitable for beginners to experts. I will be checking in with them first for all my future musical needs. Not a single piece of criticism for these guys, top notch standard.
I love absolute, u can try guitars , find posts, play pacman, rehearse, staff is super kind super trained, never tired. Is basically heaven for a musician, pianos , keyboards , drums sets , guitars. Wish I could have a band though. It s like tenacious D when the see the pick of destiny. Same feeling. Holy Whooaooa You gotta stop here !
Wonderful place, full of really helpful and knowledgeable staff. We'll spread out so you can see all the stock in its glory!. Excellent set-up and tuning facility too. Not the cheapest in England, but you get what you pay for. I've bought a lot of stuff from here, all top class fear. We'll recommended.
I've been shopping with these guys for about 8-9 years, cant praise them enough. Very polite and helpful, not pushy at all. The manager recently helped me when I upgraded my kit, great advice from him on what to do with the old stuff. Huge sales room with all kinds of shiny toys to try out. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone that's looking for new equipment and I will certainly continue to be a customer at this store. Give them a visit, they have coffee too :-
Went looking for a piano for our daughter. We weren't totally sure what we needed, especially with such a large and varied selection. But the staff were brilliant, very helpful and very knowledgeable. And we came away having ordered a new piano! :
Staff was so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, I managed to get a really great keyboard for a good price — lower than Amazon! And free delivery to my door!
Our band have practiced here for 5 years now. Great place. Wouldn't use anywhere else!! Friendly staff. Toilets are clean. Choice of food and drink in the cafe counter thing. Amazing choice of instruments in the shop next door. Always has everything we need in the practice room!
Brilliant service as usual. Went in to try out a Yamaha Stagepas 1k with by band mate and, although one wasn’t out on display, a unit was quickly set up in the drum room. We had plenty of time to try it out and ended up buying two! Huge thanks to Paul who was fantastic - he even joined in on drums for a couple of jams. A great ambassador for the company.
Always lovely to go in this place. Even noticed that some of the items are cheaper than online. Eyeing up a guitar for my partner at moment.
Visited this place a couple of times and had a wonderful experience. Very helpful staff, giving their maximum support in order to a perfect purchase. Highly recommend for any one who is looking for music.From song books, to high quality professional music / sound gear under one roof. Cheers ..
