Worst company i have ever worked for, provided no training then expected you to know the job inside and out after a few day. The pay rate they offer you on commencement is much less than they actually pay you on resignation. Which i thought was illegal. Never even got an employment contract. Job was described totally different at interview. Very dishonest and high turn over of staff. I started employment with 5 new employees. 3 had resigned in 1 week. What does that tell you.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM...... YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
It seems I'm not the only one in the past few months that is disgusted with the service provided by this company.  Our neighbours tree falling on our garage roof and causing it to collapse was very inconvenient for us but that inconvenience was nothing compared to the frustration caused by this company.  If I had known the service that would be provided by this company, as our insurers builder, I definitely would have taken the insurance payout.  So many phone calls made on our side to find out what was happening and so many people passing us on to another person and no one ever returns a call.  The tradespeople that came out to do the work were nice friendly people who did the jobs they were to do but the process of actually getting the tradesperson there was pathetic.  Damage was assessed by their engineers but then 2 months later we are told they need permits.  What?? Engineers never mentioned permits so why does 2 months go by before you decide you need a permit. Even one of the tradespeople that did some of the work said he would have taken the insurance payout cause this company is so slack.  All in all the must most frustrating experience of my life.  Management need to take a good look at their company.  Why insurance companies would contract this company to be their preferred repairer is beyond me.

I have been working at JP Flynn now for approximately 5 years, during this time I have witnessed a very careering and process driven company. 
JP Flynn always prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service, as well as providing a safe and fun working environment for its staff members.
As an employee, I receive excellent support and training necessary for my role. This in turn has helped me grow as a person, and expanded my knowledge.
JP Flynn is great company to work for, and even though in my time working here has grown dramatically, I still the get the family environment feel every day.

Superb fast paced working environment and a great team to work with. There is genuine investment in staff and their personal and professional development. Management are dynamic and open to ideas and suggestions. I would not work anywhere else and would highly recommend employment with JP Flynn to friends, relatives and past colleagues

This is the most amazing company ever, they always go the extra mile. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants insurance repairs at their property. I had a great experience with all the employees here at this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
